Dr. Lorrie Richardson-O’Neal is a dedicated Family Medicine physician with over 30 years of experience, specializing in rural and geriatric medicine. A proud graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine (Chicago), Dr. Richardson-O’Neal previously established one of the largest private family practices following a successful tenure with Rockford Memorial Health System. Guided by the philosophy, “The human touch that every person deserves!”, she creates an environment where every patient receives genuine understanding, respect, and compassionate care.
Having recently relocated to Texas, Dr. Richardson-O’Neal is now devoted to serving the communities of San Jacinto and Polk Counties, bringing her extensive experience and patient-centered approach to the region.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Richardson-O’Neal is deeply engaged in community development and service. She has served on the boards of Hands That Help, Inc., the American Red Cross, and The Pregnancy Care Center, and founded Project Restoration, a nonprofit dedicated to women’s transitional housing. She also co-founded the Winnebago County Chapter of the National Medical Association and maintains affiliations with the Winnebago County Medical Society and the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Rockford Alumni Chapter, highlighting her commitment to leadership, collaboration, and social impact.

Dr. Dorian Richardson is a Licensed Naturopathic Physician providing integrative, holistic care in collaboration with the medical team at Anointed Hands Medical Practice. With a strong foundation in behavioral health spanning over seven years, she brings a deep understanding of mental, emotional, and physical well-being to her patient care. Her approach emphasizes the interconnectedness of lifestyle, nutrition, and preventive wellness, supporting patients in achieving balance and long-term health.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Richardson is the Executive Director of Harvest Table Community Kitchen, a mission-driven initiative dedicated to nourishing communities through food, education, and access. She believes in the transformative power of nutrition and cooking as tools for health, empowerment, and personal growth.
Known for her warmth, compassion, and ability to connect with people, Dr. Richardson is passionate about guiding patients toward becoming the healthiest and most whole versions of themselves. Dr. Kenneth O’Neal is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with decades of experience providing expert care in hospital and outpatient settings. A graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Dr. O’Neal has served in numerous leadership roles, including Medical Director and Hospitalist positions across multiple states, and currently brings his expertise to the communities of San Jacinto and Polk Counties, Texas.
Guided by his personal mission — “To serve God’s people with excellence, dignity, and respect” — Dr. O’Neal is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while addressing both acute and chronic medical needs. His clinical approach combines thorough medical evaluation with personalized care plans designed to support long-term health and wellness.
In addition to his medical practice, Dr. O’Neal serves as Associate Pastor at Eastside COGIC in Point Blank, TX, where he provides spiritual leadership and actively supports the community. He is also an accomplished author and public speaker, addressing health and wellness topics in community forums, conferences, and faith-based settings.
